3r3r Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3r3r platform, available at https://3r3r.fun, including all games, betting features, Casino, Slots, Bingo, Fish Games, Sports Betting and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, fully understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 3r3r ("we", "us", "our"). We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your own records.

2Eligibility

To register and use the 3r3r Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3r3r is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds or participate in any games or betting activities.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your participation in online gaming is lawful in your location.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion, cooling-off or any other restriction that would prevent you from gaming lawfully.
• You must be a genuine individual player – corporate entities may not open player accounts.

3r3r reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3Account Registration

You may hold only one account on 3r3r at any one time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts – whether in your own name, under a different name or using different contact details – is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 3r3r will not be held responsible for any losses or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify us promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• You must keep your contact information current so that we can reach you about your account.
• 3r3r reserves the right to close dormant accounts in line with our account management policy. You will be notified before any such action is taken.

Account closure requests can be submitted by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to your last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

4Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 3r3r are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. Available methods are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment has been successfully confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method – JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your account within minutes.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and sources that are registered in your own name. Depositing using someone else's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed during the deposit process. These limits may vary by payment method.
• 3r3r does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges – please check with them directly.
• Deposits made to your 3r3r account are for the purpose of gaming on the Platform only. Deposited funds may not be transferred to other players.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and we will investigate promptly.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time through the Withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals are processed in PKR to a verified payment method registered in your name.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes identity and payment method verification.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for deposits where operationally possible, as part of our standard security and anti-fraud process.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your account.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• 3r3r aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on the payment method selected – JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically among the fastest.

3r3r reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests. This is done to protect both the player and the integrity of the Platform. You may be asked to provide supporting documentation during this process.

6Bonuses & Promotions

3r3r offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and minimum deposit conditions. These individual bonus terms are communicated at the point of offer and form part of these overall Terms.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use by the account holder only. Bonuses may not be shared, transferred or sold.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonuses not used within their validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual bonus terms – generally, Slots contribute at a higher rate than Live Casino table games.
• 3r3r reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been accepted and wagering is in progress, the change will not apply retrospectively to that specific bonus instance.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns or other methods intended to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent – will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

7Games & Betting Rules

3r3r offers a range of game categories including Casino (Live Roulette, Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat and RNG table games), Slots, Bingo, Fish Games and Sports Betting covering Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football and Esports.

The following rules apply across all game categories on the Platform:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless the Platform's specific rules for that game permit it.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, server error or disconnection during a game or betting event, 3r3r will take reasonable steps to resolve the situation fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may vary.
• For Sports Betting, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time.
• 3r3r reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where there is reasonable evidence of information abuse.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets are among the most popular on 3r3r. Standard sports betting terms apply to all cricket markets, including match result, top batsman, total runs and other available markets.

8Fair Play Policy

3r3r is committed to providing a fair, transparent and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts or any other tools that interact with the Platform without genuine human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other game where player-to-player interaction affects outcomes.
• Using VPN services, proxy connections or other methods to disguise your geographic location or circumvent Platform restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or manipulation of sporting events for the purpose of Sports Betting on 3r3r.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent any restriction applied to a previous account.

Where prohibited activity is confirmed, 3r3r reserves the right to permanently close the account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and recover any winnings obtained through dishonest means. Where required by law, we may also report relevant activity to appropriate authorities.

9Responsible Gaming

11Intellectual Property

12Limitation of Liability

3r3r provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of any feature or service on the Platform.

• 3r3r will not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, revenue or opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, connectivity issues or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from your own failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• In no event will 3r3r's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
